1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of confirmation, excluding UAE public holidays.

3. Delivery time and charges

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 7 business days depending on your Emirate. Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Free shipping on all orders over 100 AED

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS (where provided by our courier partner) so you can follow your delivery.

5. Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or there's an issue with your delivery address, contact us at info@mofiagroup.ae with your order number and we'll follow up with our courier partner.

6. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will typically attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new time. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us, in which case we'll contact you about redelivery or a refund.
