2. These terms

By placing an order on mofia.ae, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Returns & Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. These terms are governed by UAE federal law, including the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and the E-Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023).

3. Our products

We sell electronics, beauty, home goods, and wellness products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but minor variations in color, packaging, or specifications may occur. Wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in AED[, inclusive of VAT where applicable — insert TRN once VAT-registered]. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby/Tamara (buy-now-pay-later, subject to their own eligibility checks and terms). If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, cancel and refund an affected order before dispatch.

5. Orders and delivery

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. We currently ship within the UAE only — see our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and charges. We aim to fulfil orders promptly and are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, refunds, and warranty

See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have under UAE consumer protection law to return faulty or misdescribed goods — any clause here that would exclude or limit your legal right to a remedy does not apply.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

All content on mofiafinds.ae — including product photography, logos, and text — belongs to or is licensed to Mofia Group FZ LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
